OUR JOURNEY

1986

Mr. V. M. Thumar establishes a grey iron and steel casting foundry in Junagadh, Gujarat. The foundation of 40 years of ferrous manufacturing expertise.

1998

First international exports. Machined castings supplied to customers across 10+ countries. First export quality protocols and documentation standards established.

2010

Meghmani Precision Casting founded — an investment casting foundry named in honour of Mr. Thumar's parents. Lost wax and precision casting capabilities added to the group.

2016

Meghmani Precision Casting scales to 20+ export countries. Shell mould casting capability added for higher-volume ferrous components requiring superior dimensional accuracy.

2020

The Metal Company established during Covid-19 — a multi-process manufacturing platform integrating casting, forging, and machining under a single commercial and engineering roof. A deliberate response to global supply chain fragility.

2022

Strategic investment in iron foundry partnerships, forging shops, and tooling capability — building a complete metal manufacturing ecosystem capable of handling the full component lifecycle.

2023

Launch of Additive Manufacturing and Digital Engineering capabilities. 3D printing, DFM simulation, and 3D scanning added alongside traditional manufacturing processes.

2024

Amsol Industries launched as the unified brand. All capabilities consolidated. 14 industries served. 10+ countries exported to. The brand behind the brand — officially.
